March 30th first day at LA Boxing

HOLY SHIT .. I am whooped .. I thought i would go to the gym today then go to my parents and shower then into work.  I got to my parents and i couldnt move to shower.  But damn does it feel good.  I made it till the end, yes i had to rest a bit here and there and sit a couple times cause of my back but i lasted all hour.  The guy today i really liked his teaching style, and he rteally worked with me to help me get the most out of this.  i dont want to go home cause i know when i get there i wont be able to move :).  My fingers are hurting like crazy.  More to come tomorrow or tonight
