This Blog will track my day to day changes. My goal is a month then i will go from there with a new goal. In this month i want to work out to lose weight and follow LL Cool J's new book LL Cool J's Platinum 360 Diet and Lifestyle: A Full-Circle Guide to Developing Your Mind, Body, and Soul. Along with LL cool J's book i will be joining a Gym. The blog will start with me trying to find and pick a gym and working out and then i will introduce the book when it is avaible.
